Through asanas (yoga positions) you maintain muscle elasticity and improve the mobility of the joints of the lower limbs, pelvis and back.
Yoga during pregnancy is the perfect activity to stay in shape because it works the whole body but above all it prepares the mother's pelvis and perineum for childbirth.
Through breathing , meditation and relaxation, the mother focuses on herself, acquiring greater awareness of herself, her body and that of her baby.

Denise Previtali, your teacher
My name is Denise , I am a Yoga teacher and lecturer at the main training schools in Italy.
I fell in love with yoga the first time I stepped on the mat.
When I practice yoga I find the same awareness and creativity that I felt when dancing, the same magic of that slow time when everything stops and there is only you, with your body in motion, with your thoughts flowing with your heart beating.
I have always been close to the female world and motherhood , choosing to delve deeper into what concerns pregnancy and postpartum, and combining my knowledge deriving from university studies with Yoga and training as a Babywearing Educator .
Today I want to share these journeys with you to help you have a wonderful pregnancy .
