Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Shipping

At this time we only ship to Italy.

Shipping times

Once the order is received, shipment from our warehouses will leave within 24 hours (weekdays).

You will receive an email with a link to track the delivery status of your order at any time.

Delivery times are as follows:

Italy: 1-2 working days (for the islands it may take 24-48 hours more).

Returns

You can return a product within 14 days of receiving your order, on undamaged products (except for manufacturing defects). Any shipping costs included in the order are excluded from the refund.

Customized products cannot be returned.

How to do

You can proceed with the return request by writing an email to info@dr-silva.com , entering the order number and the name of the product you wish to return.

Costs

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How can you do it?

How to prepare the return

Please make sure the products you are returning are complete and have not been tampered with.

Insert the products you want to return, intact in the original packaging and reuse the package in which you received them.

Remember that the refund will be made once it has been verified that the returned products are intact and in excellent condition. Otherwise Yule Srls reserves the right not to make any refund.

Reimbursement

The refund will be made within 3 working days of receiving the return in our warehouses.

Once we have received the goods at our warehouse and verified the integrity of the products, we will provide the refund in the same manner with which you purchased.

The credit to your account will take up to 5/7 working days depending on the bank or payment method used.

Defective products

You can make a claim on products with obvious manufacturing defects by sending an email to info@dr-silva.com within 3 days of receipt, including the order number and a photograph that certifies the defect. In that case we will take care of sending you a new product at no additional cost.

Changes

Product changes are not possible but if you want a new product you need to place a new order.
