My name is Denise , I am a Yoga teacher and lecturer at the main training schools in Italy.
I fell in love with yoga the first time I stepped on the mat.
I have always been close to the female world and motherhood ; this is why I decided to specialize in Yoga during pregnancy and postpartum, combining it with my knowledge as a Babywearing Educator .
Today I want to share these paths with you to let you experience unique moments with your baby.
